Erin Kirby is the Behavior Support Specialist at Wilkes Community Partnership for Children. Erin has a Bachelor’s degree in Child Development from Appalachian State University. Previously she worked as a lead teacher in a Hickory child care center. Erin also has experience working with children in a psychiatric residential treatment facility. Her work also includes experience in an all-inclusive classrooms. Erin loves working with children and is very passionate about young children. Helping to improve the quality of child care of child care is important to Erin.
