Membership:

Individuals/families, childcare facilities, schools, and churches are all eligible for membership. Membership gives access to all services available with an annual fee:

Individuals/Families: $25 ($27 if paying online)

Centers/Organizations:
$35 (1-4 classrooms) ($37 if paying online)
$50 (5+ classrooms) ($53 if paying online)

Sanitation: Members are responsible for cleaning items before returning them to the lending library, apart from stuffed or felt toys which will be done at the Partnership. We require items to be cleaned for the safety of other members, children, and staff handling learning kits to avoid the spread of germs, illnesses, etc. The cleaning solution we suggest: 1/2 teaspoon of bleach to 1 gallon of water

Loaning: Members are able to check out a maximum of 3 items at a time. Items can be checked out for up to 3 weeks, though items can be brought back prior than this 3 week period for new check outs.

Late fees: $5/week or $1/day

Items will be available to be put on hold as well. Items can be rechecked out as long as no one has placed the item on hold. Members are responsible for replacing missing or damaged items. Items contain replacement costs upon check out. “Damage” does NOT include normal wear and tear of items. Damage includes ripped/torn materials, broken toys, non-removable stains, and non-legible pages in books.
